Returns

All items returned to Tom Rossau A/S must be securely packaged.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from inappropriate handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristic and the way the product works. Any diminished value of the goods will be withdrawn your reimbursement.

Once returned items are accepted, the cost of the goods is reimbursed to your account.

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product, unless your have supplied evidence of having returned it.

Applicable law
Any dispute arising between customer and Tom Rossau A/S will be settled in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
